Alekman DiTusa has been involved in supporting the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts every year since 2010 and will continue to do so going into the future. Alekman DiTusa has supported Revitalize CDC since 2011.  Every year we put together a team of volunteers to participate in their annual GreenNFit Neighborhood rebuilding project. Successful neighborhood revitalization improves quality of life by reducing the number of foreclosures and properties in tax arrears.


Alekman DiTusa has supported Square One since 2018 and for the past 3 years by sponsoring a pre-school classroom and by sponsoring numerous fundraising events, including Square One’s annual Derby Party. Please join us in supporting Square One’s mission.

$2,500,000 VERDICT

The facts of the case are sad but notable. Our client, Jane Doe, was repeatedly sexually abused as a child by her step father. As an adult, she found the courage to come forward and file a civil suit against her abuser.


On May 29, 2018, our client was a 76 year old passenger in minivan which was involved in a multi-vehicle car accident. The collision occurred when the driver of a car lost control of his car, crossed over into oncoming traffic, and struck a minivan. The minivan was then rear ended by a third vehicle.


Our client was a 56 year old woman who was injured when she fell down a flight of stairs at her apartment complex. She fell while ascending a flight of stairs between the basement and the 1st floor. Although she grasped the handrail, the railing pulled away from the wall, causing her to lose her grip and fall down the stairs.

On May 20, 2011, our client, 26 at the time, was painting a support post on the second floor of an apartment building on Worthington Ave. in Springfield, Mass. when the ladder he was on slipped, and he fell 30 feet to the parking lot below. In the process, he fractured both of his heels, a vertebra in his lower back (L-4) and his right wrist.


On the evening of February 25, 2019, a local pizza restaurant’s intoxicated customer lost control of his car and struck our client’s car in a head-on collision. Our client was a 32 year old female retail clerk who was innocently driving home from work. Our client sustained catastrophic life-changing injuries...
