$1,000,000.00 Sexual Abuse Settlement

A 14-year-old student was sexually assaulted on at least three separate occasions by her school bus driver, including on the bus and at bus driver’s grandmother’s home. We were able to prove that the bus company did not have policies or procedures which could have ensured the safety of our client prevented the multiple assaults. The insurance company for the bus company tendered its $1,000,000.00 policy limits shortly after the bus driver pled guilty to the assaults.
