$300,000.00 Sexual Abuse Settlement

Around Thanksgiving of 2017, our client received a phone call from her co-worker’s spouse. She was told by the co-worker’s spouse that her co-worker had secretly video-recorded the client while she was changing in the women’s locker room at work. Through litigation, we were able to show that the recordings did not fall within any of the insurance policy’s exclusions for sexual abuse and molestation. As a result, the insurance policy tendered the $300,000.00 policy limits.
