Every year on May 1st, Law Day invites us to pause and reflect on the role of law in our democracy. For 2025, the theme set by the American Bar Association is both timeless and urgent: “E Pluribus Unum – Out of Many, One.” It’s a reminder that while our society is diverse in identity, belief, and experience, our commitment to justice and the rule of law is what binds us together.

Alekman DiTusa, is currently conducting an investigation into serious allegations surrounding the now-closed Highview of Northampton nursing home. The former facility, once located at 222 River Rd, Leeds, MA 01053 in Northampton, Massachusetts, ceased operations on December 12, 2024, amidst growing concerns about the well-being of its residents.
