On May 29, 2018, our client was a 76 year old passenger in minivan which was involved in a multi-vehicle car accident. The collision occurred when the driver of a car lost control of his car, crossed over into oncoming traffic, and struck a minivan. The minivan was then rear ended by a third vehicle.
