A 37 year-old man was severely injured in a head-on motor vehicle collision while driving home from work. Client went on to have three back surgeries, including a two level low back fusion and a permanent nerve stimulator.

For many years we have been donating turkeys through the New North Citizens Council to help people celebrate Thanksgiving. Today I met some great people, and heard about how they plan to cook the turkeys.

Liliana (legal assistant extraordinaire), and I, volunteered this morning at the Credit For Life, a financial literacy program at STCC. Several hundred Springfield high school students were trying to maneuver through life as a 25 year old (job, credit score, insurance…). We met some of the future leaders of Springfield.

I had the pleasure of reading a book about Jacques Cousteau to Ms. Clarke’s 4th grade class at the Pottenger School in Springfield yesterday. The kids are so attentive and inquisitive, which really makes this so much fun for me to do.
