REVITALIZE CDC

Revitalize CDC performs critical repairs, modifications and rehabilitation to the homes and nonprofit facilities of low to moderate-income families that include: families with children, military veterans, the elderly and people with special needs. RCDC offers “Affordable Housing Redevelopment Services” in the areas of energy-efficiency, safety, accessibility and healthy homes. The emphasis and focus is on making meaningful improvements to homes that help reduce energy use, save money, and create a safe, healthy and sustainable living environment for our residents and the community.

Alekman DiTusa has supported Revitalize CDC since 2011.  Every year we put together a team of volunteers to participate in their annual GreenNFit Neighborhood rebuilding project. Successful neighborhood revitalization improves quality of life by reducing the number of foreclosures and properties in tax arrears. It also helps reduce blight and the number of vacant properties.
