$450,000 SETTLEMENT

Our client was a 56 year old woman who was injured when she fell down a flight of stairs at her apartment complex. Although she grasped the handrail, the railing pulled away from the wall, causing her to lose her grip and fall down the stairs. As a direct result of the fall, our client sustained serious personal injuries, including a left ankle fracture.  She underwent extensive medical treatment including multiple surgeries, and extended inpatient rehabilitation. Her case was resolved after a full day mediation.
